Android Device

• Policy holder should access Bima Bharosa portal https://bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in/ from the browsers like Chrome of the mobile device.
• “Add IRDAI – Bima Bharosa to Home Screen” pop up will appear at the bottom of the device screen.
• If the "Add IRDAI – Bima Bharosa to Home Screen " pop-up is not coming, you can click on options in the browser to find the "Add to Home Screen"
• Tap the pop up window
• Add to Home screen pop is shown
• Press on Add & the App will be installed and an Icon will be placed on the device

iOS Device

• Policy holder should accesses Bima Bharosa portal https://bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in/ from the Safari browser of the mobile device.
• Tap the Share button (In the Safari browser options)
• From the options tap the Add to Home screen option, you can notice an icon of the website or screenshot of website added to your device’s home screen instantly.
• Tap on Icon & App will be installed & placed on the device
